“LEAP gave me the opportunity to learn more about the public accounting industry. I was able to speak with individuals from all levels and departments of the firm, which helped me to really get to know the firm and the individuals that work here. I had one-on-one shadow sessions in assurance, tax, and business services which gave me a deeper understanding of what associates do on a daily-basis and helped me choose the career path I wanted to start on. After participating in LEAP, I knew assurance was right for me and was excited to accept a full-time assurance position with WebsterRogers upon graduating. “was where I wanted to have a career. I completed two internships with WR and received a full-time offer.”
