Ellen began practicing in 1981 and her experience has been diverse in industry and public accounting with emphasis in management consulting, information systems, write-up services, and auditing.

Thomas E. Fitzsimmons, CPA

Summary of Experience

Thomas (Tom) E. Fitzsimmons, CPA, is one of three partners collectively forming the Office of Managing Partner. He assumed this role in January of 2018 and is responsible for the day-to-day management and operations for the firm’s nine offices as well as the long-term strategic direction of the Firm.

He also serves as a partner in the Firm’s Assurance Services Group. Fitzsimmons began his career in the audit department of Ernst & Young and was employed in the audit department of a regional accounting firm prior to joining WebsterRogers LLP in 1996.

Fitzsimmons has over twenty-five years of experience in planning, organizing and supervising audit engagements; reviewing and documenting clients’ systems of internal controls and accounting procedures; generating and presenting letters to management recommending improvements in internal controls and accounting procedures; and preparing and reviewing financial statements.

He also is experienced in providing financial budgeting and projection services to small and medium-sized companies in a variety of industries.

Fitzsimmons is a member of the Peer Review Committee for the South Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants (SCACPA) and performs system and engagement reviews of other CPA practices.

Steven E. Miller, CPA

Steve Miller is a Partner in the Firm’s tax group and the Regional Managing Partner of the Southern Coastal Area. Steve has over thirty years of public accounting experience with an emphasis in taxation.

Prior to joining WebsterRogers in 2013 he was a partner with a regional public accounting firm in Hilton Head Island, SC.

Corporations, individuals and not-for-profit organizations look to Steve to provide skilled tax planning and compliance services. Steve has extensive experience working with closely-held businesses and their owners, serving clients across a wide range of industries, including retail, professional services, manufacturing, distribution, real estate, construction, technology and entertainment sectors. Robert M. Tilton, CPA

Summary of Experience

Robert Tilton is a Partner in the Firm’s Assurance Services Group and serves as the Firm’s Regional Managing Partner of the Pee Dee Region. Robert has over thirteen years of public accounting experience with an emphasis in auditing.

Prior to joining WebsterRogers in 2004 he was a senior with a regional public accounting firm in Charlotte, North Carolina.

While in public accounting Robert has performed financial audits of large commercial entities in the manufacturing, distribution, and stevedoring industries as well as employee benefit plans.

He has been responsible for developing and documenting the Firm’s best practices for audits, reviews and compilation engagements. Robert is also responsible for coordinating annual accounting and auditing training for staff in the assurance services group.

Anthony “Tony” C. Wrobel is a Partnerlocated in both the Firm’s Columbia and Sumter offices. He also serves as the lead for WebsterRogers’ Automobile Industry niche team and a member of the Firm’s manufacturing services team.

Tony joined the firm in 1993 after re-locating from Indiana where he was employed by an international public accounting firm for nine years.

Tony is involved in all aspects of federal and state taxation for individuals and corporations. He provides tax planning, consulting, and compliance services to clients involved in manufacturing, agriculture, wholesale & retail and those in the service industry.

He specializes in providing services to automobile dealerships and structuring tax-free exchanges. He also takes the lead on the Firm’s federal and state tax credits service team.
